I started this site primarily as a portal to vent all my running talk. The majority of my friends don’t care about, nor do they know the difference between BQ and a BBQ. Though I’d love to convince them all on what they’re missing out on, I’d rather funnel my passion for the sport here for my readers who love the open road.
I wanted to create a a go-to for all their running/training questions and breathe life into stagnant but valuable information. As an RRCA-certified running coach, it absolutely thrills me to see someone set a goal and to help them achieve that mark.
